We request your name and surnames, physical address, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card information and any other required information for said purpose.
We’ll access and we’ll be able to employ the information provided by you, through any of our contact forms and while using our Website, for the purpose detailed in this Privacy Policy.
On top of this, throughout your use of the Website, you might input additional personal information, which we use separately for statistical analysis. We use this to improve our services and to offer a personalized user experience.  In the case you’ve given us permission to do so, we’ll send you offers related to our service offering, mainly to your email address.  If you do not wish to receive any promotional material you may mark the check-box for excluding yourself from the list or contact us via the form, found in the ‘Contact’ tab.

Your information and the Establishment
When booking with us, you are delivering your information to the Touristic Intermediary. Nevertheless, given that the service is provided by an Accommodation Establishment, and, in the case that you’ve hired any additional services, by other third parties, it will be necessary that the Touristic Intermediary forward your information to these service providers. Despite it not being required that you grant us your consent to do so, we inform you that we will pass on your information to the Accommodation Establishment in which you’ve made a booking and, when applicable, to any other entities with which you’ve purchased additional services, through our Website.

Information Security
The entire booking process in the Touristic Intermediary will be protected by SSL cryptographic protocol, so that your information remains secure. We work hard to keep your personal information inaccessible to unwanted third parties.

Your Rights
You may enforce your right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, according to the law, sending us a petition to via the contact form, located in the ‘Contact’ tab.
